Within this department is a well-equipped workshop with a plenty of manual-hand and specialized tools, a work desk and clamps for disassembling, assembling and partial treatment of differentdownhole well equipment, as well as surface security equipment for workover operations.

The workshop alsocontains a special bathtub for warm or cold washing of dirty equipment from paraffin or other harmful substances with active ventilation and a special separator for the utilization of waste in order to protect the environment. In theworkshop building also is a spare parts store, as well as special shelves for the disposal of downhole well equipment (packer, retainer, etc). The workshop is equipped with a device forequipmenthermetic testing or parts of equipment at a pressure of up to 270 bar, soon it will be possible up to 700 bar.

 During testing, an electronic record of data through a program is performed on the computer and a test report is made. The complete testing process is carried out in a specially reinforced (360°) room, also on the door of that room is a safety fuse that in case of opening the door during the test, the power supply for the pump immediately stops and the possibility of injury is reduced to a minimum.
